This medium-sized box is a masterpiece of Ottoman–Damascene craftsmanship, hand-inlaid with mother-of-pearl and bone inlay and wood in intricate geometric patterns.  It carries the marks of time scratches, patina, and age that testify to its authenticity. The interior is lined with red velvet, still in good condition, needing only minor edge restoration. A distinctive white bone inlay at the base adds uniqueness to this rare piece. But unfortunately, one piece is missing
